Please be aware that there is a company that has recently been registered and is operating under the name of "Acquasol Infrastructure Australia Pty Ltd". This company appears to be masquerading as our company Acquasol Infrastructure Pty Ltd and is suspected of engaging in fraudualant activity that has been detremental to our company.

Acquasol Infrastructure Australia Pty Ltd has no association or relationship with our company Acquasol Infrastructure Pty Ltd. They have no authorisation to represent our company or project or to contact companies or individuals we have agreements with or represent us or receive any information that is intended only for our company. They have no authorisation to provide any information that is owned by our company that they have in their possesion to any 3rd parties.

If you are contacted by Acquasol Infrastructure Australia Pty Ltd or a company or person/s claiming they are just from "Acquasol" without them fully disclosing their full company name please be aware they are not from our company.

Acquasol Infrastructure Australia Pty Ltd was set up by Michael Foxman from the RiskWise Group Pty Ltd and our ex Director and current shareholder Stewart Taggart. Please be aware these two individuals have no association with our company's operations or authorisation to represent our company nor does the RiskWise group Pty Ltd or their affiliate companies.

The two individuals mentioned and Michael Foxman's company and companies are currently in breach of Confidentiality, Non Disclosure and Non circumvention agreements that they have with our company along with conflict of interest issues. This matter is currently being dealt with by our lawyers.

If you are in possession of any of our company's information or have any knowledge or information about our company's project/s and activities and are approached by the above mentioned individuals or their companies for any information about or company and company's project/s whatsoever please do not disclose or provide anything to them including information about our relationship with you, any agreements we may have in place and our company's relationships with other companies.

Please DO NOT provide them anything that has been produced for or on behalf of our company that you have access to. This information is confidential and proprietary and is owned by Acquasol Infrastructure Pty Ltd exclusively.

If you are contacted by these individuals or their companies their company representatives or anyone claiming they are representatives of "Acquasol" and are not me, please note who they are and when they had or have contacted you and what they have wanted and forward that information to me at mjfielden@acquasol.com.au.
