Graham Dooley


Graham Dooley is chairman of Acquasol Infrastructure Limited.  Graham is former managing director of Adelaide-based United Utilities Australia (UUA), a provider of environmentally-friendly water infrastructure solutions using both corporate and project finance. Graham served as president of the Australian Water Association's South Australia branch for 12 years and also served as chairman of the Australian Council for Infrastructure Development's national water group. In addition, he served on the board of the Water Industry Alliance for 10 years.  He is chairman of Summit Water Holdings Pty Ltd and CEO and project director of Surat Basin Rail Pty Ltd.  He also is a member of the Advisory Board of Osmoflo Pty Ltd.

Michael Fielden

MichaelFielden


Michael is managing director of Acquasol Infrastructure Ltd.
He has extensive project management experience in southeast Asia and the United States. He developed the "Acquasol 1" solar-gas-water hybrid technology concept, attracted angel investment for the project and assembled a consortium of companies to build and operate "Acquasol 1."
Michael has an accounting degree from Swinburne University and a diploma in international trade and finance. He is a member of the World Water Council.

Michael McNamara

MichaelMcNamaraMichael is executive director and chief operating officer of Acquasol Infrastrucuture Ltd.
He comes to Acquasol from strategic partner Cheetham Salt, where he served as chief operating officer. Michael's 20-year executive career includes experience in food, agricultural chemical, chemical and resource sectors in plant, site and business management roles with companies such as CSR, Nufarm, Orica and Cheetham.
Michael is a degree qualified Chemical Engineer with a postgraduate Masters Degree in Business Administration.

John Stephens

Stewart Taggart


John Stephens is a director of Acquasol Infrastructure Ltd. A former chief executive of Port Augusta City Council (2001-2008), John has extensive experience in South Australian state and local government. John has a Masters Degree in Business Administration, together with formal qualifications in local government administration, public sector management and accounting.

Stewart Taggart

Stewart Taggart

Stewart Taggart is a director of Acquasol Infrastructure Ltd. He serves as the company's business development manager, head of research and head of public affairs.
A former energy market journalist, Stewart is developing Acquasol's expansion plans and represents the company to media, government and regulatory authorities.
Stewart has a degree in economics from Columbia University in New York.

John O'Brien

John O'Brien

John O'Brien is a non-executive director of Acquasol Infrastructure Ltd.

John is the founder and Managing Director of Australian CleanTech, a clean technology advisory firm. John previously worked for Origin Energy on growth, strategy and M&A projects in addition to being the founding secretary of the company’s operational risk committee. He specialized in reviewing and filtering clean energy and water industry opportunities.
Prior to joining the Australian energy industry, John held teaching, oil and gas and consulting engineering roles in the UK, Canada and the Middle East. In Australia, he spent several years working in project management and operations roles before concentrating on strategic development work.
John has engineering degrees from the University of Oxford and Trinity College, Dublin and an MBA from the University of Adelaide. He has completed the AICD’s Company Directors Course, is a chartered engineer with the Institute of Engineers Australia and is a member of the Australian Water Association.
